4. X-ray control (X-Ray)

  • Detection of hidden defects: cracks, voids, deformations of the case/terminals.
  • Checking the integrity of internal connections and tightness.
  • Detection of problems caused by mechanical/thermal effects.
  • Testing operating parameters under conditions close to real ones (temperature, load).
  • Analysis of signals, amplification, data conversion according to factory specifications.
  • Testing device logic for compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC).

1. External visual inspection

  • Checking the geometry, marking and packaging for compliance with technical documentation.
  • Evaluation of the condition of the terminals: absence of deformation, oxidation, corrosion.
  • Control of the integrity of the case and applied silk-screen printing.
  • Testing of leads according to IPC-J-STD-002 (for components) and ISO 9453 standards.
  • Check: uniform solder coating, absence of “cold” solders, wetting defects.
  • We use simulation of real soldering conditions (wave, reflow).
